General Conditions

Our fees include access to the platform and all the features. 

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Students should notify LínguaOnline within 24h if they need to cancel or reschedule any lesson. In this case, LínguaOnline will reschedule the lesson, depending on the teacher’s availability.

2. LínguaOnline does not refund or compensate unattended lessons without 24h notice, except in the cases of medical emergencies. 

3. Students who decide to change from a plan to another plan will not receive any type of refund for the difference in the price between the plans.

4. To obtain the certificate of completion, the student must attend at least 80% of the lessons.

Booking, deposit, and final payment

1. For private or online lessons, full payment is required before it.

2.The payment is necessary, always before the lessons. In LínguaOnline, we accept bank transfers, online payments with your credit or debit card, or MBWay.

Administrative terms

1. LínguaOnline has the right to cancel any bookings at any time, offering a full refund or a substitute of equal value.

3. All these conditions are accepted by both parties and will remain valid during all the process.
